    Navigating TRICARE and Military Medical Care

    Military healthcare can be a complex system to understand at first. This session will walk you through the basics of TRICARE, navigating military hospitals or clinics, and how to advocate for your family's medical needs.

  • PART 3: Navigating Military Life: A Spouse’s Guide to Duty Stations, Medical, and Groceries

    Grocery Shopping and Budgeting for Military Families

    Learning to budget and grocery shop while on base (or off) can make a huge difference in a family’s financial well-being. This session focuses on using the Commissary and other options for groceries, tips for meal planning, and maximizing military discounts.
